Diaphragm precision pressure regulator of very small design
and low air consumption.
Media: compressed air or non-corrosive gases
Supply_pressure: max. 10 bar
Accuracy:
response sensitivity = ± 0.2 % FS
repeatability = ± 0.3 % FS
supply sensitivity = 35 mbar for a 7 bar supply pressure change
Air_consumption:
max. 3 l/min at 10 bar supply pressure.
Consumption depends on supply pressure.
